The strategic role of the health care of General Practitioners and Family Pediatricians, enables the promotion of patient safety by promoting appropriate prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.

It ensures the following services:

• outpatient and home medical examination;
• prescription of medications, requests for specialist examinations and diagnostic tests;
• proposals for hospitalization;
• proposals for home care as an alternative to hospitalization;
• issuance of medical certificates required by National Agreements.

Andrea Viale is a Medical Surgeon who graduated from the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 2002.
In the same year he received his licensure also at the same University.

Having moved to Switzerland several years ago, he worked as an assistant in the surgical department in the following Hospitals:

• Acquarossa
• Blessed Virgin of Mendrisio
• La- Chaux - de Fonds
• Civic Hospital of Lugano

Additional work experience at the Department of Maxillofacial Surgery in George Eastman Hospital and San Camillo Hospital in Rome.
