Please bring with you

A list of your currently taken medications and the registration documents of your family doctor, if he did not send them directly, these will facilitate the examination and consultation.

Do not forget to bring your health insurance card, including insurance number (usually credit card format). In case of necessary further clarifications (e.g. outside the canton of Bern), it is useful to know your exact insurance status (additional insurances).

Washing facilities and refreshments are available.
